Recommended Use
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 scoop 1-3 times daily. On training days consume 1-3 scoops with water or juice prior to exercise. On non-training days consume 1 scoop in the morning and later consume 1 scoop in the evening. For optimal results use Crea-Trona® for 6-12 weeks to maximize effectiveness as a dietary supplement. For extreme results take 2 scoops 1-3 times daily.
