- 1 Serving Extra Fluffy Complete Pancake Mix (40g)
- 40g ground Old Fashioned Oats
- Dash of Splenda/Erythritol (3g)
- Dash of Baking Powder (3g)
- 1 Scoop Strawberry Milkshake Clear Protein (36g)
- 1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix Vanilla (8g)
- 1 Egg
- 1oz Greek Yogurt (25g)
- Water to batter consistency
- Swerve Confectioners Sugar
- 0 Cal Strawberry & Cream drink sweetener
- 1 tsp Strawberry Milkshake Clear Protein
- Water to desired consistency – thickness
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Mix all dry items well.
- Add in wet ingredients, then water to desired batter consistency.
- Scoop onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Cook 12-15 minutes (my oven tends to take longer. Monitor past 10 min).
