Break it up

Hang up a calendar, set one up on your computer or phone that lists everything you have to do every day along with the times. If you cannot workout for 30 consecutive minutes don’t give up! Go for a run along the sidelines where your kids are playing; use the picnic table for inclined pushups or jog with your toddler in the stroller.
Let Your Kids Join You
Involving your kids in your workout plan will be fun for them and beneficial for you. Chart out a physical fitness plan for your kids. Going together for brisk walk or run, swimming, or doing yoga can provide a quality family time. This way, you do not have to compromise your time with your children and help you lose weight.
Keep a Food Log
Keeping track of the foods that you eat is one of the best thing you can do to eat healthy and lose weight. As added incentive you can do it with a friend and exchange logs at the end of the day.
