2. If your card is stolen elsewhere and used on our site, we guarantee a full refund for the value paid to us. If your bank holds you liable for any of the transaction, we will cover the liability for you, up to the full $50.00 maximum permitted under the Fair Credit Billing Act. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own, and documentation of your bank's charge will need to be rendered to qualify for that refund.
3. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.


We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. 


Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day. All orders will be processed and fulfilled by our facility within 1 business day, with the exception of pre-orders and back-orders.

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. All FINAFLEX orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

While shipping times are ultimately determined by distance and location, our shipping partners, USPS and UPS provide the following quotes for estimated time frames:

Standard Shipping Options (UPS Ground, All USPS Options) will take 1-6 business days based on final destination and shipping option.

All orders above $30 USD ship within the domestic United States for free. Any orders outside of this region are subject to additional shipping costs that are dependent on the specific destination. Exceptionally heavy orders (exceeding 5lbs) will also be subject to additional shipping costs. 


We always want to take good care of our FINAFLEX FAMILY, so if you are ever dissatisfied with the quality or performance of something you ordered from us, we have a generous return and refund policy in place to remedy the situation.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, meaning that if you aren’t satisfied (a rare occasion for us!), you can return the product for a full refund.

FINAFLEX® does not accept returns after 30 days from the original ship date. Returns are available only for unopened or unused products. No apparel or promo items can be returned.

FINAFLEX stands by all of our products, however, we are not in control of how our retailers store, rotate, or otherwise maintain their inventory. Because of this, we are not able to accept any returns or issue any refunds on products purchased from a third party retailer. Please contact the seller that you purchased from to address any concerns.
