The Finaflex mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Finaflex ("Finaflex," "we," or "us"). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By enrolling in the Service, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Finaflex at the mobile number you provided when signing up. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Finaflex may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
